Quartask is a task management platform that helps users organize and prioritize their tasks using the Eisenhower Matrix method.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address and your name to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Free Trial

• Free tier accounts are limited to 20 tasks total
• We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations at any time

4. Payment Terms

• Pro subscription is billed at $3 USD per month
• Annual Pro subscription is billed at $30 USD per year
• No refunds are provided for monthly or annual subscriptions
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Pro and Annual Pro subscriptions include file attachment capabilities

5. Account Deletion

To delete your account and associated data, please email support@quartask.com

6. Intellectual Property

Quartask and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Quartask and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quartask be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
